The videos and reading material that were provided were comprehensive and well-organised, but a little tedious to get through, as were the large chunks of quiz questions at the end of the online component. I think I could have retained more of the information if the quiz had been broken up to be done after each section. For the in-person session, Val was a fantastic instructor, very experienced and knowledgeable. His explanations and instructions were methodical and clear, and he encouraged us to ask questions and seek clarification as needed. We really enjoyed this practical session and feel that our skills have improved.

Our trainer, Kon, was very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely patient when supervising and explaining each procedure. He made everything easy to understand and ensured everyone felt confident with the skills being taught. Although it was only a short course, it was definitely very helpful, informative, and practical. The training was well organised and delivered in a friendly and supportive environment.
