Complete general construction induction training with an RTO, including all assessment components and written, oral & practical demonstrations
White card applications are submitted by the RTO on your behalf; most white cards are issued within 30 days (the completion statement remains valid for up to 60 days)

Northern Territory Requirements:

CPCWHS1001 Course Delivery Method

Our CPCWHS1001 white card training is delivered entirely face-to-face in a classroom setting, ensuring hands-on learning with certified instructors. This one-day white card course runs from 4.5 hours in QLD, 7 hours in NSW, 6 hours in SA & NT (9am to 3pm) & 6.5 hours in VIC, and includes all theoretical knowledge and practical assessments required for certification.

The construction induction training covers all aspects of workplace health and safety specific to the construction industry, with assessment components including:

Upon successful completion, students receive their white card or required completion documentation according to the requirements of their state or territory. South Australian, Queensland and Victorian students receive their white card on the same day* (except weekends), while New South Wales students have their white card application submitted by First Aid Pro (RTO: 31124) on their behalf, with most cards issued within 30 days. Northern Territory students receive a Statement of Attainment and must apply for their white card through NT WorkSafe.

Please Note: Same day issuing of certificates are subject to course completion by 3pm and verification of all required documentation & USI. Same day certificates cannot be provided for courses held in the evening, weekends or classes that finish outside our South Australian head office processing hours between 9 am and 4 pm (Central Australian Time). In these instances, certificates will be issued by email on the next available business day.

How Do I Get a Replacement White Card?

If your white card is lost or damaged:

South Australia: Contact First Aid Pro for a replacement. A $50 fee applies. Cards can be collected from our locations.
Northern Territory: Apply directly with the NT Government within 60 days of course completion. If more than 60 days have passed, contact us for a completion letter (available up to 4 months post-course). After 4 months, you'll need to complete the CPCWHS1001 course again.
Queensland: Contact First Aid Pro for a replacement. A $50 fee applies. Cards can be collected from our locations.
New South Wales: If your white card has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed you can order and pay for a replacement online if your details match those on your card and have not changed (using Mastercard or Visa only).
