A USI is a unique reference number that allows for accurate and efficient tracking of a student’s educational and training achievements. Certificate Expiration Communication

Students who enrol in our courses will receive direct communication from us (via SMS and/or email) as their certificate expiration date approaches. This communication is essential for maintaining compliance and ensuring that you have the opportunity to renew your qualifications as needed.

Sharing Information with External Stakeholders

Enrolment in courses sponsored by an employer, Job Seeker Agency (JSA), Employers Referring Agents, Funding Bodies or similar, signifies the student’s agreement for the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to disseminate the following information:

Course Status: This includes details such as Attendance, Progression, Withdrawal, and Completion.
Payments & Invoicing: Specifically, those invoices settled by the organisation.
Disciplinary Records.

This agreement is essential for facilitating transparent communication and collaboration among the employer, student, and pertinent stakeholders involved in the educational process.

Security and Data Retention

We employ robust security measures to protect your personal information and retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
