What is the refund or cancellation policy for your First Aid Courses?

If you can’t make it to your course, we offer flexible rescheduling options:

No-Show/Non-Cancelled Courses: One reschedule within a month from course date for $25.
Student Rescheduling (First Aid Pro Melbourne Non-Cancelled Course): Up to 3 reschedules within a month from course date for $10 per change.
First Aid Pro Melbourne Cancelled Courses: Reschedule within three months of course date or request a refund.
Cancellations:
- 14+ days before the course: Full refund.
- Less than 2 business days prior: Cancellation fees apply.
- No-shows or incomplete courses: No refund.
