How To Download Your Certificate
At FirstAidPro, we’re committed to ensuring your certified as quickly as possible and as such we offer same-day certification across all our courses!
As long as you meet the criteria laid out in our terms and conditions, you can gain access to your certificate from our dedicated student portal with 24 hours of completing your course.

Same Day Certificate Terms & Conditions
To meet the requirements to receive your electronic certificate on the same day, you need to supply the following information upon enrolment and complete the course successfully at the course date of your choice as per below:
- Provide your full name (as used to register for your USI/ your legal name shown on your ID)
- Provide your USI number
- Ensure your full enrolment details and all course paperwork is completed
- Full payment needs to be made / or arranged prior to attendance. Keep a copy of your receipt
- Upon arrival at the course, you must sign-in on the attendance sheet at the course session
- Successful completion of the course needs to be attained (deemed competent).
If any of this information has not been supplied or is unable to be verified, we are unable to guarantee your certificate will be provided on the day of the course. Only once our administration staff can verify the above information can your certificate be issued electronically, be aware this may cause delays to your certificate being able to be issued.
If you provided your details correctly and you have not received certificate notification in your inbox to download from the platform, please check your spam or junk mail folders as some email settings cause this to happen by mistake. If, for whatever reason, your certificate is not able to be downloaded, please contact us anytime by email or call (08) 7120 2570 during business hours.
If you require a paper copy of your certificate, this incurs an additional charge of $30 (includes postage) and may take up to 21 days to be delivered.
Unfortunately, same day certificate issuing policy cannot be provided for courses held on Evenings, Saturday, Sunday, or courses that finish outside our South Australian head office processing hours between 9 am and 4 pm (Central Australian Time). In these instances, certificates will be issued by email on the next available business day.
All electronic copies/ re-issues of certificates are free of charge.
Certificate Issued FAST (Zoom Courses)
To meet the requirements to receive your electronic First aid or CPR certificate FAST, you need to supply the following information upon enrolment and complete the course successfully at the course date of your choice as per below:
- Provide your full name (as used to register for your USI/your legal name shown on your ID)
- Provide your USI number
- Ensure your full enrolment details, and all course paperwork is complete
- Complete all online learning requirements
- Successful completion of the course (deemed competent)
- You must return the remote training kit you’ve received. Once we receive it, your certificate will be released! You have been issued with a self-addressed envelope so make sure to send them quickly for faster results.
- Payment is due in full before attendance. Failure to return the kit is deemed non-payment, which means the certificate cannot be released until we receive full payment.
- The credit card you used for your purchase of the course may be charged $110 if we don’t get our training kit back. Make sure that all the contents are in good working order and send it immediately so there will not be any further charges.
