Jodie was an amazing teacher. She was able to put the info into context for easy understanding. No question was left unanswered First aid pro are also happy to help with email enquiries and you are sent your certificate straight away. Great place for CPR and First aid training.

Karen was the most engaging, skilled and informative trainer I have ever seen. She’s brash, lound and a little in your face, but omg she is incredibly intelligent, beautiful and an amazing soul. Love love love her. Don’t let that woman go.

I actually attended their course in Marion (at the Marion hotel). The trainer was excellent: very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely practical. The content was simplified as much as possible, improving likelihood of retention. It’s the first time I’ve used this company for my First Aid and CPR courses and I’m impressed – cheaper and more practical than my numerous previous experiences.
Great price, great material and great trainer! The only thing that could have been better was a heads up of how many videos that needs to be watched and maybe a list of the videos would have been helpful too. But generally, it was simple and easy to follow. 2 hours of practical and the online learning were perfect for me. The trainer, Karen, was great, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and experienced. She made it all fun and enjoyable to do the training. Lastly, the certificate came out really quickly. I will definitely recommend First Aid Pro to anyone!
I just wanted to say, I had James I believe, I completed the training in Munno Para upon the 17.9.21, I really hope this gets passed on to him or his manager. He was amazing he had great energy, helped everyone all the time, answered every question, had so much patience. He was such a kind soul, and was such a gentleman he helped me so much and helped us all feel confident. He made the learning so much fun, and I would recommend this course again, because of the way he delivered the course he was an excellent teacher. Initially, I was disappointed to see the lecturer wasn’t the same person as the last course I did here. However, when the course started it flowed well, all the information given was relevant, personal stories were a benefit and the lecturer had a good sense of humor. The time the course took was as stated The cost was affordable and the location was practical. Easy car parking. Thank you.
The Facilitator was terrific. Her approach, manner and fluency was greatly evident and appreciated. The Course content was very well structured. Thank you. The online booking process was simple and easy to navigate around, so to was the student portal.
Amazing!!! The course was fantastic! So informative. We had fun learning. The instructor was perfect for the job. She knew her stuff. Was on track. Was practical. Humorous. Spoke very clearly. We had a large group & she was amazing! I highly recommend this be the only first aid organisation you go through. I feel armed & ready to assist if need be. I even taught my children procedures when I got home as I am on my own with them. Thanks so much!
I have been doing my first aid and CPR course for job requirements with First Aid Pro in the last few year. The way that the trainer delivered the course was clear and easy to understand. The resources that they use was cleaned and in a good condition. I would recommend FirstAidPr 100%
