Refund & Course Cancellation Policy​

Fees Payable

Payment for the course is required at the time of booking either with Visa or Mastercard. A tax receipt will be sent upon payment of the course. Rescheduling fees are required to be paid at the time of the reschedule request.

Please be advised that your Certificate will not be released until all course fees including any additional fees incurred (rescheduling fee) have been paid in full. FirstAidPro accepts payment for fees using only a Credit Card through the Learning Management System.

All online courses delivered by First Aid Pro have set enrolment expiry dates to ensure learning is completed in a timely manner, remains current, and meets compliance requirements. Students who do not complete their coursework within the allocated timeframe will have their access locked and may only continue their course if an extension is granted.

No Show for a Non-Cancelled Course

Students who fail to attend without prior cancellation have one (1) opportunity to reschedule their course within one (1) month from the original course date.

A rescheduling fee of $25 applies.

If the rescheduling timeframe is missed, students must enrol in a new course and pay the full course fees.

If a student wishes to cancel their enrolment, First Aid Pro Australia offers the option to gift the course to a family member or friend. If the student proceeds with cancellation, the following conditions apply:

Replacement White Cards

If your white card is lost or damaged you can request a replacement card by contacting us. Depending on where you are located, the following applies:

If you are located in the Northern Territory and do not apply for your replacement White Card from your state government within 60 days of course completion, you will require a letter from First Aid Pro Australia stating that you have completed the course to apply. 

*Please Note: We will issue a letter for students only up to 4 months after the completion of the white card course. If over 4 months have lapsed, you will be required to attend the White Card Course again at full price.

Switching From Zoom to Face-to-Face-Courses & Upgrade Fees

If a student initially enrols in a Zoom course and later chooses to attend a face-to-face course, the following conditions apply:

*Please note: Students who switch to face-to-face training once a Zoom training kit has been dispatched are responsible for the kit and any associated costs.

Zoom Course Upgrade Fees

A $75 upgrade fee applies when upgrading from the Zoom HLTAID009 CPR Course to the Zoom HLTAID011 First Aid Course, or from the Zoom HLTAID011 First Aid Course to the Zoom HLTAID012 Childcare First Aid Course. This fee covers the cost of issuing and dispatching the additional required first aid training package.

Zoom Course Equipment Return Policy

Students enrolled in Zoom-delivered courses who receive training kits or equipment as part of their enrolment are required to return all items in good condition upon course completion.
