The Glenelg tram runs along King William Street directly past the venue. Multiple Adelaide Metro bus routes serve King William Street. CBD parking is available at surrounding paid stations. The venue is on Level 2 with lift access. Courses run daily 8:30am to 5:00pm.

How long is my first aid certificate valid for?
CPR (HLTAID009) is valid for 12 months and should be refreshed annually. First Aid (HLTAID011) and Childcare First Aid (HLTAID012) are valid for 3 years, but the CPR component must be renewed every 12 months. Some employers and industry bodies set stricter renewal schedules.
Same-day certificate — how does that work?
After completing the online theory module before the in-person session, attending the practical day, and passing the assessment, your nationally accredited certificate is processed and emailed the same day.
Do I need a USI to enrol?
Yes. Create one at usi.gov.au in under five minutes using a driver’s licence, Medicare card, or passport. International students at the University of Adelaide and UniSA can also obtain a USI.
Which course should I do — HLTAID009, HLTAID011, or HLTAID012?
HLTAID009 (CPR only, $45) is the annual CPR refresh. HLTAID011 ($97) is the standard workplace first aid certificate — what most Adelaide CBD employers ask for. HLTAID012 ($119) is for childcare, early learning, and education staff.
