10% Best Price Guarantee
First Aid Pro (RTO: 31124) offers a 10% Price Beat Guarantee on eligible courses when a lower-priced, equivalent course is available from another Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
All requests must be submitted through our Price Beat Request Form below and are subject to review and approval by First Aid Pro. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or an automatic price adjustment. The following terms and conditions apply:
Same Course and Units
The competing course provided by another RTO must be identical to the course offered by First Aid Pro, including the same course name, nationally recongised qualification or unit code, training content and accreditation requirements.
Same Delivery Mode
The Price Beat Policy applies only when the competing course is delivered in the same format as the First Aid Pro course (e.g. face-to-face, blended, or fully online). Price matching does not apply across different delivery modes.
Proof Required
You must provide verifiable evidence of the lower price, such as a link to the competitor's website, a dated advertisement or a written quote. The evidence must clearly show the course details, delivery mode and advertised price.
Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
The competing provider must be an Australian RTO offering nationally recognised training for the equivalent course.
Exclusions
The Price Beat Guarantee does not apply to:
-Promotional offers, group booking rates, voucher-based discounts or limited-time sales.
-Non-equivalent training, including courses with different unit codes, reduced training requirements or unaccredited courses.
-Courses that have already been booked and paid for. Price beat requests must be submitted before enrolment and payment.
-Courses within the First Aid Pro HISS training range.
First Aid Pro reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
Timeframe
The competing course must be currently available and open for enrolment at the time your request is submitted. The advertised price must be verifiable when your request is reviewed.
Review & Approval
First Aid Pro reviews all Price Beat requests individually. Requests are subject to verification, eligibility checks and approval at our discretion. Approval is not automatic, and submitting the form does not guarantee a price adjustment.
If approved, the 10% Price Beat Discount will be applied in accordance with the approved request. First Aid Pro reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the eligibility requirements or are not approved following review.
The Price Beat Guarantee applies only to equivalent courses that match First Aid Pro’s training content, accreditation requirements and delivery mode, ensuring a fair, like-for-like comparison.
