What's the rescheduling and refund policy?

You can reschedule once within 30 days of the original course date for a $25 admin fee. Cancelling 14+ days before the course is a full refund; cancelling within 2 business days incurs a fee. No-shows are non-refundable. If First Aid Pro cancels the session, you can either reschedule within 3 months or request a full refund — the form is on our refund and cancellation policy page.

Which course should I do — HLTAID009, HLTAID011, or HLTAID012?

HLTAID009 (CPR only, $45) is the right choice if you already hold a current first aid certificate and just need your annual CPR refresh. HLTAID011 ($97) is the standard workplace first aid certificate and what most Sydney employers ask for — it includes the CPR component.
