Same Day Certificate - Terms & Conditions
Get certified quickly and efficiently. Here is how to ensure you receive your electronic certificate on the very day of your training.
How to Guarantee Same-Day Issuance
To meet the requirements for receiving your electronic certificate on the same day, you must supply the following information upon enrolment and successfully complete the course on your chosen date.
Verify Your Identity
Provide your full legal name exactly as it appears on your ID and USI registration.
Provide USI Number
You must supply a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI) number during enrolment.
Complete Paperwork
Ensure all enrolment details and pre-course paperwork are fully completed before attending.
Payment Confirmation
Full payment must be made or arranged prior to attendance. Please keep a copy of your receipt.
Sign In
Upon arrival, you must sign the official attendance sheet at the course session.
Successful Completion
You must be deemed “Competent” in all assessments to qualify for certification.
Important Verification Notice
If any of the information above is missing or cannot be verified, we cannot guarantee your certificate will be provided on the day. Our administration staff must verify all details before issuance. Incomplete information may cause delays in your certificate being issued.
Processing Hours
Same-day certificate issuance is strictly available for courses that finish during our South Australian head office processing hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (ACST)
Courses held in the evenings, on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will have certificates issued via email on the next available business day.
Haven't Received It?
If your details were provided correctly but your certificate hasn’t arrived, please check your Spam or Junk mail folders. Email settings often filter automated messages by mistake.
