- Have basic numeracy skills sufficient for construction work

- Allow for a photo to be taken on the day (head, neck, and shoulders) for your white card

White Card Replacement & Renewal Information
How Do I Get a Replacement White Card?
- South Australia: Contact First Aid Pro for a replacement. A $50 fee applies. Cards can be collected from our locations.
- Northern Territory: Apply directly with the NT Government within 60 days of course completion. If more than 60 days have passed, contact us for a completion letter (available up to 4 months post-course). After 4 months, you'll need to complete the CPCWHS1001 course again.
Does My White Card Expire?
White cards in Australia do not have an expiration date and remain valid indefinitely. However, you may need to retrain if:
- You haven't worked in construction for 2+ years
- Your employer requires refresher training
- Significant WHS legislation changes occur
- You're moving between states with different requirements
