About Provide Basic Emergency Life Support (BELS)

Basic Emergency Life Support or ‘BELS’ will provide you with the basic skills and knowledge required to recognise and respond to life-threatening emergency at your home or in the community. You will learn to provide basic life support and the management of a casualty of any age until further medical help arrives.

Our Adelaide based training course also teaches special techniques for children and babies so is ideal for new parents who want to be prepared in the case of an emergency situation.

Please note it is a requirement of this course that all participants must undertake practical demonstration of CPR on the floor on a manikin for 2 minutes.

On successful completion of this course, FirstAidPro students will be issued with a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment: HLTAID002 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support.
