This course teaches participants the skills and knowledge required to provide first aid response, life support, management of casualty(s), the incident and other first aiders, until the arrival of medical or other assistance.
FirstAidPro offers a hands on approach with progressive assessments throughout the course including multiple choice course questionnaires. This is competency based training so our aim is to provide you with a total understanding of basic first aid.
Upon successful completion of the course a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment Certificate will be issued , which is valid for three years as per the Australian Resuscitation Policy.
The CPR component of this certificate is valid for 12 months. To ensure your workers are updated with their skills and knowledge Apply First Aid course is to be attended every three years. The CPR component of this is required to be updated yearly.
